Using a playslip makes Mega Millions easier to
play. Below is a copy of the Maryland Lottery Mega Millions playslip.
To complete it, follow the instructions below.
Step
1: Mark 5 numbers from 1 to 56 in the upper play
area.
Step 2:
Mark 1 number from 1 to 46 in the lower
play area.
Important:
Check your play slip and ticket for accuracy of price, numbers,
options and drawing date. YOU are responsible for ticket accuracy.
How to Play Details!
- Quik Pik
A play consists of two fields. Select and mark 5 numbers in the upper field and select and mark 1 number in the lower field. If you want the terminal to
randomly "Quick Pick" your numbers, mark the "QP" box at the bottom of each panel you want to play.
- $1.00 Per Play
Each playslip has five play areas. You can play up to five Mega Millions plays on each playslip. Each play costs $1.00.
- Multiple Drawings
You can play the same number for 2,3,4,5, or 15 drawings in a row, including the next drawing, by marking the appropriate "NUMBER OF DRAWS" box.

In purchasing a Mega Millions
ticket, the player agrees that his game is subject to all Maryland
State Lottery Agency laws, regulations and rules, including ticket
validation requirements. This playslip is neither a valid receipt,
nor proof of purchase. The Maryland Lottery is responsible only
for numbers actually played via the Lottery terminal. Neither the
Lottery nor its agents will be responsible for printing errors.
The Maryland Lottery is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed
tickets, or winning numbers repeated or displayed in error. Mega
Millions tickets are bearer instruments. Prizes are not assignable
or transferable. Purchaser agrees that claims, if any, arising out
of Mega Millions tickets can only be pursued against and litigated
in the State where the ticket was purchased, and this is the purchasers
sole and exclusive remedy. Tickets may not be sold to minors under
the age of 18. Prizes must be claimed within 182 days from the date
of the drawing.
Checking your Numbers!
Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesday and Friday at 11:00 p.m..
Five balls will be drawn from 1 to 56 and one ball will be drawn
from 1 to 46. You win if the numbers on one row of your ticket match
the numbers of the balls drawn on that date. There are nine ways
to win a prize, from $2 to the jackpot. If no one wins the jackpot,
the money is added to the jackpot for the next drawing. Overall
chances of winning a prize are 1 in 40.
