Using a playslip makes Mega Millions easier to play. Below is a copy of the Ohio Lottery Mega Millions playslip. To complete it, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Mark 1 number from 1 to 46 in the upper play area.

Step 2: Mark 5 numbers from 1 to 56 in the lower play area.

Important: Check your play slip and ticket for accuracy of price, numbers, options and drawing date. YOU are responsible for ticket accuracy.

How to Play Details!

• Select Your Numbers
  For each wager, select five numbers from a pool of 1 to 56 and one Mega Ball number from a second pool of numbers from 1 to 46. You may select all your own numbers or ask your Ohio Lottery retailer for AUTO PICK and have all your numbers randomly selected by the computer.
  
  
• $1.00 Per Play
  Each wager costs $1.00 You can play up to five times on each Mega Millions ticket.
  
  
• Optional Plays
  Mega Millions wagers are valid for the next regularly scheduled drawing. You have the option to play the same numbers for up to 10 consecutive draws.

Important!

• Clearly mark all selections in blue or black pen or pencil only. If you make a mistake, mark the VOID box. DO NOT ERASE.
• Tickets MAY NOT be voided or canceled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Checking your Numbers!
Mega Millions drawings occur on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 p.m.. Five balls will be drawn from 1 to 56 and one ball will be drawn from 1 to 46. You win if the numbers on one row of your ticket match the numbers of the balls drawn on that date. There are nine ways to win a prize, from $2 to the jackpot. If no one wins the jackpot, the money is added to the jackpot for the next drawing. Overall chances of winning a prize are 1 in 40.
