Ohio man in awe after $30,000 win Drawing Date: 7/19/2024 July 25, 2024 - Rob H. of Columbus, Ohio, was thrilled to win $30,000 in the Mega Millions drawing on July 19. “I was beyond excited and kind of in awe,” he said. “I scanned it three times just to make sure,” he said. He says he was on his way home, when he decided to turn into Eakin Road Market, located at 2220 Eakin Road in Columbus, to purchase a ticket for the drawing. “Something just told me to turn into the store,” he said. The winning numbers were 10-17-23-50-67 and the Mega Ball was 3. He said he found out he had won the $30,000, the next morning while having his morning coffee. “So, I scanned it on the app and then sure enough, it came up and said the $30,000 and I’m like, ‘oh my gosh’.” Rob used auto pick to select his numbers and matched four out of the five white balls and the Mega Ball to win $10,000. With Megaplier added to the ticket, the $10,000 prize was multiplied three times for a total prize of $30,000. Rob says he plans to use his winnings to help purchase a bigger house.
