Cleveland – The winner of the $202 million Mega Millions ticket that was sold on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, has claimed the prize in Trust.
Geoffrey Scott of Columbus, Ohio, is Trustee of The Lucky Duck Passive Trust. The winner chose the cash option. The Trust receives $86,815,981 after mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent.
Blendon Drive Thru, at 5377 Westerville Road in Columbus, sold the winning ticket. The ticket holder used auto pick. Blendon Drive Thru received a $100,000 agent bonus for selling the winning ticket. This was Ohio’s 18th winning Mega Millions ticket ever sold.
